HOUSING SITE DEVEL0PMENT STANDARDS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES
As part of the Housing Element update, the City recently rezoned nine sites (click here for map) to allow high density multifamily housing . In order to create high quality residential communities in these areas, the City is working on design standards and guidelines that will create rules for height, setbacks, landscaping, number of parking spaces, open spaces, building types and architectural features. The City is seeking your input into these standards and design guidelines to ensure that future residential development on these nine sites is compatible with the surrounding neighborhood and is a desirable place to live.
The following meetings are scheduled at which time the
Standards and Guidelines will be discussed.
